Digital products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable eBooks, PhotoBooks, flipbooks, worksheets, and digital resources are generally final once access has been delivered.

If a customer experiences a technical issue accessing a purchased product, Upcions Unlimited will make reasonable efforts to restore access, resend the download link, or provide the correct access details.

Duplicate or mistaken purchases

If you believe you were charged twice or purchased the wrong product by mistake, contact us with the name and email used at checkout, the product purchased, and your Stripe receipt number where available.

Printed products

Refunds or replacements for printed products may be reviewed if the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Shipping timelines and fulfillment terms may vary by product and location.
